Project Manager - Moneywise Living 
The Moneywise Living project starts in January, providing support for those who are financially and digitally excluded to become more resilient and better able to deal with life challenges, in particular the rising energy costs and general of cost of living. It is managed by Reaching People and delivered by our 3 partners Action Homeless, Leicestershire Cares and Community Advice and Law Service. 
 
We need a coordinator to shape what we do, how we do it and make sure we deliver on our targets while keeping our clients at the centre of all we do. This will mean creating and embedding strong project management and delivery systems and processes while supporting the delivery team to provide an effective client focussed service. 
 
If you have a track record of project implementation and coordination, are driven to meet targets, deliver on time and to high standards together with strong people skills, you’ll enjoy this role and working within our small, motivated and passionate team.

Just ASK (Just Access Services & Know- how) - Manager 
Salary: £29, 400 
Hours: 37 hours per week 
Fixed Term: Starting asap and ending 31 August 2025 
Location: Reaching People, Leicester LE1 
About Just ASK (Just Access Services and Know-how) 
In an increasingly digitalised world, often the only way to access information and services is online whether that’s making a doctor’s appointment, completing a housing application, accessing benefits or finding the best money saving deals. For many this is difficult and overwhelming not least because they lack the digital skills and confidence. 
 
The ‘Just ASK’ service will be on hand at local community organisations and hubs such as foodbanks across Leicester to help people to understand and navigate the websites, apps and systems to get the information and support they need, and build their digital skills and know-how, through 1-2-1 and small group support. Alongside this we will build the capacity of the hubs, staff and volunteers to continue the delivery of this support beyond the end of the project. 
 
Role Overview 
Just ASK is a new initiative and we need a lead with drive to set up the project, build strong relationships with the food and community hubs, recruit and support volunteers and deliver on our targets while keeping our clients’ needs at the centre of all we do. 
 
About You 
If you have a strong people skills to build productive relationships at community level and train and support others, coupled with the ability and drive to meet project targets, deliver on time and to high standards, you’ll enjoy this role and working within our small, motivated and passionate team.

Health Plus Project Manager 
Salary: £29,400 (pro-rata) 
Hours: 30 hours per week

About Health+ 
Health+ is a successful initiative launched in August 2021, aimed at improving digital literacy and access to primary care services across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. Initially focused on supporting individuals aged 50+, we have now expanded our services to include all adults aged 18+. The current project offers digital support in Leicester City through 1:1 sessions and small groups, with a particular emphasis on the use of the NHS App, as well as the “Get in the Know” Campaign, NHS websites, and NHS 111 services. Thanks to additional funding from the NHS Better Care Fund, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the next phase of this vital community project. 
 
Role Overview 
As the Project Manager for Health+, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the project. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with statutory and community organisations, ensuring that their staff, volunteers, and service users benefit from our digital literacy sessions. You will oversee all aspects of project planning, delivery, evaluation, and volunteer management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. 
 
About You 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the health or community sectors. You should be an excellent communicator with proven experience in building partnerships and managing teams. A passion for improving digital literacy and access to health services, along with a proactive and organised approach, is essential.
