Leading in Leicester and Leicestershire Program is a Reaching People project. This project provides a range of seminars and webinars to support networks to enhance Leadership within the local Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) services. To join a webinar or seminar all we need is your, name, email and organisation. Priority is given to those who are currently volunteering or working within VCS organisations in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Our organisations, businesses and communities are facing multiple interrelated crises-economic, climate, ecological and wellbeing, that challenge our assumptions about how best to live and work. Nature offers an alternative to the narrative of control and linear thinking.
In this webinar we will be exploring what regenerative means and how we can bring living systems to life within our organisations.

The Voluntary Sector, past, present and future with Dame Julia Unwin
We delighted that Dame Julia has agreed to share her leadership lessons with us as part of our finale to the Leading in Leicester and Leicestershire Programme.
Julia will reflect on over 40 years in and around the Voluntary Sector and will leave us with some thoughts about what might happen next. This is an in-person event. Early booking advised.
