Reaching People Well-being Workshop 

This workshop is for you if you wish to know what well-being is and take the self-care steps necessary to ensure your own wellbeing and those that you manage. 
 
Aim of workshop: 
Exploring what we mean by well-being 
How do we connect with ourselves and others? 
How to build a self-reflection and inquiry practice by using compassionate mindfulness tools and exercises. 
Shaping your own strength-based approach to wellbeing. Taking self-care action by knowing your response and habitual habits.

Fridays -9.45 to 12.45 
Venue – TBC city 
26th January 2024: A way to make sense of wellbeing. Knowing Presence; building curiosity, the skill of non-judgment, starting with self-inquiry. 
2nd February: The importance of connection and compassion for self and others and how to practice this at work and home. 
Home practice: Strength base Questionnaire 
9th February: Living your purpose and how this applies to you and your work 
 
 
You will have access to Mindfulness Unleashed 24/7 to support compassionate Mindfulness practice and self-enquiry
