Members responses will very much relate to their work, their working environments their client group and staff/volunteer profiles and needs. Some actions are coming through so Leicester college is continuing to deliver training with updates on its website. Other organisations are operating home working or looking at that and testing out systems for it. Some really can’t change working practices or they won’t be able to support clients in need. Others are stopping part of the provision like the Emerald centre group meals for older people, but keeping open sports activities and other small group and individual support.
