This evaluation report reviews the impact of the Refurb IT, led by Reaching People (RP) and funded by Leicester & Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP), implemented between October 2022 and December 2024.
The evaluation reviews the qualitative and quantitative project data and includes interviews with key stakeholders and beneficiary feedback. The report demonstrates the impact of this simple, green and sustainable approach to digital inclusion. Refurb IT exceeded key targets and outcomes and made a significant difference to those most disadvantaged and digitally excluded in Leicester and Leicestershire.
