"The Just ASK project (June 2024 - February 2026) was all about assisting and meeting the needs of Leicester’s residents in accessing essential information and services online and giving them the confidence to access these services independently in the future, helping to make the unreachable, reachable.
It was delivered through training existing community organisations and volunteers.
This independent evaluation used a multi-method design, combining review of existing secondary data with targeted primary qualitative research."
