We are continuing to see positive impact through our Just Access Services Know-how (Just ASK) project, helping residents across Leicester to access essential online information and services with greater confidence.
The Just ASK project supports people who may face barriers to digital access by providing guidance and practical support through food hubs and community organisations. Volunteers and staff work with residents to help them navigate websites and access services such as the NHS App, council support and government websites.
The Just ASK project has supported 210 residents - reaching 140% of its original target - while working alongside 21 organisations. The project has also trained 77 volunteers and delivered training to 15 organisations. The evaluation identifies the ‘Just ASK ethos’ as key to its success.
