A new report has been published, focusing on the mental health of small organisation leaders in England - ‘Breaking Point: The Mental Health Crisis in Small Organisation Leadership’. The report is the output of research delivered by Fair Collective in partnership with NCVO and funded by The Talent Fund. 
 
Research findings included: 
 
• 85% of small charity leaders in England experience poor mental health due to their role 
• Of this, 20% reported a severe impact with incidences of suicidal thoughts, hospitalisation and burn out 
• Those working in health, education, or with children and young people experienced the worst impact on their mental health
