Salary: SPC 3 £18887 per annum with 6% employer contribution

Help to Claim Adviser (Multiple posts available)
Salary: Salary scale for post NJC12-17 £22,571 to £24,920

Base location: UK home based (some travel will be required within
Leicestershire and Northamptonshire)

Purpose of Role
The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team to provide an effective and efficient service for first time Universal Credit claimants in Leicester City and Leicestershire. The service, which includes advice, information and digital support, will be delivered via telephone and digital/web chat channels. The aim of the role is to assist clients to make a claim for Universal Credit and to provide help and support until their first full payment of Universal Credit.
